Quatre Carreres

One of the best areas to live in

The best real estate is located in the Ciudad de Las Artes y Las Ciencias neighborhoods. There you will find many gated residential complexes with swimming pools and a large offer of new real estate. The area is located directly opposite the famous City of Science and Art of Valencia.

The area is very good for living: high-quality real estate, no immigrants.

Gulliver Park and the City of Science and Art are nearby.

There is also a large shopping center El Saler nearby, and across the river – El Corte Ingles and Aqua.

The Monteolivete quarter borders Eixample (right across Peris y Valero Avenue), while real estate is cheaper here. This is a good option for those who want to live in Eixample, but cannot afford it yet.

The Parque Central, a large walking park with a botanical area, was also opened in this district this year. It’s brand new, everything has just been planted, but in a couple of years it will be very beautiful here.

About 20,000 people lived in the Mont-Olivet quarter. The monastery of the Holy Virgin “from Olivet” was located here, and now the Church of Our Lady of Monteolivete is located here. Agriculture has given way to urban infrastructure here.

Fonteta de Sant Lluís had a railway freight hub. It is also home to the arena of the Valencia Basketball Club. It is worth visiting the 16th-century Church of St. Bertrand and celebrating his feast day from July 20 to 25.

The quarter En Corts was named after Francisco Corts. He is known for his fountain, which supposedly cured skin diseases.

The Malilla quarter, with a population of about 22,000, has a railway and a well-maintained environment. The Na Rovella quarter with a population of about 9,000 people has beautiful towers and a municipal sports ground.

The La Punta quarter with a population of only 2,100 people is crossed by a railway and has an ancient monastery of the XII century. And the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciènces quarter is a modern quarter with a museum, an opera house, an aquarium and skyscrapers.
